This is the most durable guitar cable I have purchased. It is very heavy-duty, with a very good sound. I recommend it to those looking for a cable that will last a long time.At first, I didnt quite like this Cord. I took a chance on it, because im a fan of the Lava Cables, they make excellent stuff, and do have an effect on your tone. This one was kinda stiff, and it knots easily, although it is easy to un knot. But whatever, i could get past that. Its slightly Un ruly, but its noit a deal breaker. Its made super durable, and its got a good heavy feel. But the one thing this cable really shines at, is for your microphone. I use a Marshall for my vocal amp with an old school NOS Shure condenser microphone with an XLR To 1/4 In High to low impedance adapter. Every other cable i tried made it squeal and i would have to stand 10 feet away just to control it. But I like the condenser mic sound. I used it with the SOAR and its a huge difference, I can actually turn it up now with no feedback at all. Even when my amp is on overdrive, it still keeps it right in check. It will quiet down instrument feedback too. I would rather use this than a tone killing noise gate. but yeah, this is probably one of the best cables to run your mic through. Important though !!!! >>>You will have to get a High to Low Impedance fem to fem Mic Connector !!! <<<, or an xlr to fem hi z connector, depending on what you have. This cord is sweet, final answer.
