Nothing could nail the bracket to a wood boardGood sturdy brackets.They're used for holding down a 4" PVC pipe on a roof rack on my truck topper. I use 4 of them spaced out evenly and didn't have any issues with them coming loose or causing any issues with the pipe over a 1,300 mile road trip that included close to 300 miles off road.Fit over the PVC pipe perfectly.These pipe straps are exactly what I was looking for. Used to clamp down 1.5" PVC pipes to my Yakima roof rack. I wanted Stainless so I didn't have to worry about them rusting. Have only been using them for about a week, but they're perfect. Only using 4 out of the 10 in the pack, but I would buy again if the need arose.I put up some hog wire fencing and had some odds and ends leftover that I'm using as trellises.These anchors are the perfect size to hold the gauge wire used for the fencing.Worked as expected would get againThese work great for what I needed! I used them as part of building a shelf and they worked great for holding significant weight.Fits 1 inch pipe however there is space between the tabs and mounting surface. Not sure if I will be able to install as is or will need to install a washer to fill the space. I will follow up with a further review after I have completed my installation and they have been in service for several months. I will be using these straps to hold my solar panels in place on my sailboat.Mine came with a nice polished finish, and were consistent dimensions with each other. They fit nicely around a 4" ID plastic pipe, so they are actually a little larger than 4", which worked great for me.
